Why aren't you responding to my email? If you have tried to email us in the past but you're not receiving a response from us, it's possible our email replies are being blocked by your internet service provider, email program, or spam settings. This sometimes happens to business email even when it's legitimate, like email from our customer support department or automatic order status notification emails we send. This is especially true if your ISP is Earthlink, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, or Verizon.
