Terms of SaleAll products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. All products made by Krusell carry a manufacturer's lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. Defective products returned for replacement or exchange must be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase and in original packaging, or return will not be accepted. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if original product is out of stock) after you have returned the product. If you purchase a wrong item, we offer an exchange option for an item of equal or lesser value. No refunds are offered. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Shipping charges for products returned to WirelessAccessories.com are the responsibility of the buyer. WirelessAccessories.com will pay for shipping charges on all replacement or exchange product shipments from our Warehouse. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be refunded for their entire order minus returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 25% restocking fee (applied to total item price). Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us. If any of the above conditions apply, we provide prompt emailed notifications.
